The advertising of the era heralded drink French Wine Coca as a radical cure for nervous disorders, digestive problems and impotence. On November 25, was voted the prohibition in Atlanta, which entered into force on July 1, Pemberton was forced to undergo a new drink "alcohol-free" using the basis of coca leaves and used in his French Wine Coca cola nuts.
